Thank you for your interest in RESTORE COUNSELING SERVICES--inspiring hope and supporting change. One of the biggest misconceptions about counseling is that only "crazy" people get therapy. In fact, seeking professional counseling reflects sound judgment and determination to "live your best life". My clients are adult women and men, adolescents (ages 15-17), and couples. They have commented most on the ease in which they were able to discuss issues and the high degree of professionalism and expertise exhibited. I am proficient in Faith-based/Christian counseling, as well as competent and sensitive in assisting multi-cultural clientèle. In order to inspire, support, and help accomplish restoration, I offer a variety of methods: Individual, Couples/Family, Life Coaching, and Skype consultation. I've been particularly successful in treating depressive symptoms, anxiety or traumatic experiences, relationship issues, and adolescent developmental issues. My years of experience and successful interventions has shaped me as an expert. Generally, I approach therapy recognizing that what we think directly affects how we feel, and ultimately guides our behavior. Because change must be demonstrated in your daily lives, I will likely challenge you to complete specific tasks outside of session.
