"Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your spirit. That is the real meaning of peace". The decision to seek counseling is often not an easy one and usually comes at a time when our traditional way of handling things is no longer working. We become exhausted with trying to figure this out on our own. This is where counseling comes in... to shed light, offer new approaches and make the necessary changes. I strive to create a comfortable, safe, respectful, and supportive environment for my clients. By talking through current situations causing conflict, identifying personal goals for counseling, highlighting existing strengths and discovering meaning and purpose for our lives we can regain peace, experience true happiness and develop healthy thinking.
