I have been providing psychological services in the St Louis and St Charles County area for 30 years. I did much of my postgraduate training and experience at Jewish and Barnes hospitals where I provided literally thousands of groups and individual therapy sessions. I have the experience to help with even very difficult problems in a goal oriented and compassionate manner. I provide therapy for all age patients. My orientation is Cognitive Behavioral, research based and eclectic. Relaxation training, exposure therapy, codependency education,cognitive therapy of anxiety and depression, anger management, addiction treatment are available. We can improve your problem relationships and work on new ways to get unstuck. Complex treatment resistant depressions, school meltdowns and failures, bipolar disorders,and difficult parenting issues can be overcome. I am on over 15 insurance panels, can provide sliding scale reduced fees for the uninsured, and have a wealth of experience. I am also in touch with numerous primary physicians, psychiatrists and schools and can help coordinate such services.I have two comfortable and easily accessible offices.
