I offer a collaborative and systemic approach to therapy with couples, families and individuals. In addition to being a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a "model of psychotherapy that offers a clear, non-pathologizing, and empowering method of understanding human problems." I am currently pursuing a post-graduate program at the University of Michigan's Sexual Health Certification Program (Sex Therapy track). I consider working with each client to be a privilege and collaborative therapeutic experience. My areas of expertise and interests include: Sexuality issues/Sexual Health, Substance Abuse Addiction and Recovery, Relational issues, individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQI, military mental health care, step-family issues and multiculturalism. I have Saturday and weekday evenings hours available.
