It is difficult to find balance in a very busy world. I work with individuals, children, teens, and families who are trying to find that balance. I strive to provide an environment where my clients feel accepted and empathized with no matter the circumstance. I use an eclectic approach with my clients, but utilize many techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Play/Art Therapy. From young children to adults, I enjoy collaborating with individuals and families on a wide range of issues. My experience ranges from young children to adults. Much of my work as a therapist has been with children, teens, and families. I am passionate about collaborating with all of my clients to meet their individual needs, and strive to provide a positive experience for those who seek therapy services. A unique factor is that I have previous work experience with children and teens who were at risk of inpatient hospitalization, and also have a background in social work and adoption.
