Who We Are We are a full service Substance Abuse and Mental Health Integrative Wellness Center. We focus our program toward developing partnerships with our clients and their families who are looking for assistance with healing their substance abuse and/or mental health concerns. We offer an individualized treatment approach to address the unique needs of all of our participants. We offer both Outpatient services or Residential. What We Offer We offer Inpatient Supervised Housing or Outpatient care where participants remain living at home while attending programming. We use an individualized person centered treatment approach to address the unique needs of all our participants. We offer Day Treatment, Day/Evening Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and Individualized/Family Therapy Sessions. Each participant is assessed to determine the best placement for treatment to give each participant an opportunity to meet their treatment goals. Our Specialty We believe in small caseloads. Small caseloads promote therapeutic connections, with the use of individual therapy, motivational groups, process groups, psycho social education groups, mindfulness and meditation, one-on-one therapy, psychiatric follow up, and medication management. We use a multidisciplinary approach to treating individuals. Through the use of mindfulness, meditation, exercise, yoga, journaling, spirituality, role playing, and developing coping behaviors. Clients experience a unique open environment to heal the whole person, mind, body, and spirit
