I have been in the field for about 15 years with a majority of my experience being in the field of addictions, working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. In working in the field of addictions, there are many factors that envelope a person's ability to cope with life. I understand that asking for help can be difficult and identifying a need for change can induce some fears. I can help you identify any changes that are needed and offer encouragement and support through your journey of self preservation. My specialty with any clientele is building relationships through a holistic approach. I feel the relationship is the real change agent in therapy. I take the time to learn about you and your situation and what you want your journey to look like. With taking the holistic approach, I am an Acu Detox Specialist that I will be incorporating into my practice as an added benefit in assisting individuals back on the road of feeling healthy, spiritual, and centered.
