I am a medical doctor with extensive experience in treating individuals of all ages and across different treatment settings. I completed a General Adult Psychiatry Residency (4 years) then sub-specialty fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (2 years) and am Board Certified in both. My ideal patient is the one in front of me. Your treatment is based on mutual respect and a thorough understanding of your circumstances. Everyone in my practice starts with a comprehensive evaluation which can take up to several sessions depending on your situation. Then we discuss treatment options. My goal is to help you or your loved one move toward improved functioning in the different domains of life and take agency while understanding the larger context. We have to start at your unique point and help you move forward. That may require individual (talk) therapy, or medications or both. I have flexible office hours and am accessible to my patients. I see individuals or families by appointment only. Sometimes weekend hours are possible. My office is set up for maximum comfort and privacy.
