I am extremely passionate about working with individuals and their families struggling with addiction and eating disorders. My practice is dedicated to providing a safe, calm, welcoming environment which fosters trust, courage, and openness for all members of the family system. My role as a counselor is to walk hand-in-hand with my clients on their journey of self-exploration, uncovering the motivating factors behind self-defeating thought patterns and self-destructive behaviors. Together, we find meaning in the joys and pains inherent in life, and discover ways to cope with any obstacles that may occur in the future.
