You've probably found this site because you're looking for help to deal with unwanted behaviors, beliefs, and emotions. You may have tried to resolve them on your own, or with family, friends, or a therapist - and yet they still persist. My goal is to help you grow to your full potential. When we meet we will decide on a plan for treatment and interventions that is best for you and your goals for treatment. While we can not change the facts about the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. One of my specialty areas is the treatment and resolution of traumas you have experienced. Traumas can be a single, traumatic event like a natural disaster, combat or a car accident; or relational trauma that might arise after a death, illnesss or on-going conflict. Perhaps you are instead, looking for some extra support or to learn some new, effective strategies to handle life stress. I have information to share about that too. These are ways to manage life better and to be more emotionally healthy and flexible.
