I specialize in helping people understand and work through feelings of anxiety. Anxieties often surface during life transformations, such as pregnancy and after childbirth. My focus is working with women who would like to understand their current life situation, their feelings, and find clarity in their many life roles. I also offer career counseling for those looking for more meaning and fulfillment in work. Counseling with me involves understanding your present situation as well as your history, both psychological and medical. Together, we create a plan to help you feel better. Sometimes it involves collaboration with another health professional. Often, it involves getting a clear understanding, and a reminder, of your real, internal strengths.
