Most people who seek treatment feel that they do not have control over their lives and are not getting what they want out of life. My goal as a therapist is to give my clients the tools to achieve the kind of control that lets them be in charge. This is the only true path to happiness and fulfillment. I help my clients deal with a variety of issues that may be interfering with life such as depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, loneliness and excessive worries and preoccupations. Clients leave my office having a clear idea of what they need to do to improve their circumstances. I aim to achieve positive change in the briefest time possible. I have had success with many clients that have seen multiple previous therapists. While everyone is different and may require different strategies, I think of therapy as a joint venture that works best in a warm, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
