I support clients in identifying their goals, achieving them, and ultimately creating the life that they dream to have. I promote client strengths, while empowering them to recognize, understand, and adaptively manage life's challenges. Child development, adolescent adjustment, and family well-being are particular areas of interest. My approach to therapy is solution-focused and client centered. I also service clients through the provision of individual psychological assessment services.
