I specialize in Marriage and Relationship counseling, Christian Counseling and Sexual addiction counseling. I believe our core problems tend to stem from our desire to be validated and loved by others. When we do not feel worthy, "good enough" or loved we engage in self-protective behaviors (fight or flee), pain comes to the surface and we experience hurt, anger, anxiety and other destructive emotions. I am a Christian Counselor. I have both a Masters in Divinity degree (Christian Theology) and a Masters in Counseling. This education uniquely qualifies me to provide counseling grounded deeply in Christian theology, while remaining relevant to our day-to-day living.
