My goal as a counselor is to create a nurturing environment for healing and growth. I hope to offer tools to help you come through a difficult time with greater strength. I have experience supporting adults seeking to understand their own childhoods in order to face the challenges of love, work, and parenting, as well as couples seeking to examine relational patterns in search of positive change. I bring my heart to the work I do, and I've chosen this field because I believe in our ability to rise to life's challenges. I believe the relationships and life situations we find around us now can become the perfect tools for healing harmful thoughts, feelings, and habits we are carrying with us from our past. Through the process of self-inquiry, we can build confidence and increase tools for self-care and resilience. In therapy, we'll seek out your strengths and work to dismantle the painful thoughts and behaviors that get in your way.I believe a more peaceful life is possible for each of us.
