My training in Counseling (MA), Exercise Science (MS), Nutrition (PhD, Licensed Nutritionist), and Intuitive Eating (certification) provides a unique expertise to help people transform their lives. I provide a compassionate and understanding environment for people to explore their concerns and find solutions. I work collaboratively with each person to help them develop insight, knowledge and skills to make their desired changes.
