I am an experienced clinician, who works with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, with a strong focus on assessment, proper diagnoses and individualized treatment plans for issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, chronic pain disorders, and eating disorders I am board certified as a mental health counselor, and board certified in neurofeedback. I utilize traditional cognitive behavioral and person centered counseling strategies as well as psychophysiological treatments including qEEG testing, neurofeedback, biofeedback, audio-visual entrainment (AVE), and cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES). As a fellow with the American Association of Integrative Medicine, I focus on wellness through the incorporation of traditional and state-of-the-art treatment modalities. I believe that health and wellness are multifaceted and have both emotional and physical foundations.
