Sharing your story may be the most challenging step of your journey. I know firsthand, as an adult survivor of childhood trauma. There is hope. I have a deep passion and understanding for those most closely affected by trauma. The effects of trauma are unique to everyone as is the journey of healing. My approach individualized for each client, but there are some overarching truths. Your story matters and it is critical to find someone to walk with you on your journey to healing. You will not find healing in isolation. At the root of many psychological, emotional, relational, and physical issues, there is trauma. The effects of trauma are endless from muscle tension to suicidal thoughts. These symptoms can seem to take over every aspect of one's life but there is hope and healing. I rely heavily on research based therapy techniques specifically for trauma and the invaluable wealth of information and experience I gained from my own journey through trauma and therapy to find healing.
