I am a certified Rapid Resolution Therapist (RRT) with a passion for working with trauma, phobias and anxiety, specifically sexual trauma. Using RRT allows me to eliminate the emotional response my clients have to traumatic events much quicker than typical therapy modalities. In a typical session clients are taught how the mind works and how to effectively take care of future stressors. My other passion is working with couples and helping them improve their relationship, both sexually and emotionally.Couples are taught how to use words and be aware of body response to decrease conflict. Anxiety and Panic disorders are one of the most common complaints I come across. This is an area that I have had extensive training in. Phobias are closely related to these disorders and effectively taken care of by using RRT. It is my desire to create an environment of peace and tranquility and my office has low lighting and aromatherapy oils to create this kind of atmosphere. I want my clients to leave more relaxed and peaceful than on arrival.
