Personal history and challenging life circumstances can present roadblocks to experiencing our lives to their fullest. Clarifying values and becoming more aware of thought patterns and emotions can lead to taking action steps toward a more meaningful life. I believe strongly in the resilience, creativity and strength inherent in everyone and see my role as a psychotherapist as more of a guide than an expert.
