We are all a complex blend of mind, body, and spirit, and I am passionate about helping clients integrate these three things into a healthy whole. I offer a multifaceted approach to counseling that draws on my experience as a psychiatric registered nurse and my graduate studies in counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary. While I have a uniquely Christian world view that influences my practice, I see clients from all walks of life and spiritual backgrounds. I offer a safe environment where you can find encouragement and make positive changes in the midst of whatever struggle you face. I have had the privilege of helping clients who struggle with identity issues, trauma and abuse, ADHD, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. Since I specialize in the connection between the body and the soul, I am happy to work closely with physicians and other professionals as I journey with you toward health.
