Counseling can help. I trained as a Counseling Psychologist at Ohio State University where I learned how to help people find their strengths and develop new strategies to cope with the challenges of life. This focus on positive psychology guides my work and my outlook on mental health. I have been licensed as a psychologist in Ohio since 1998, and I have helped many people resolve a myriad of problems including infertility, adoption, reproductive choices, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and abuse, career decisions, and relationship concerns. I have experience working with college-aged men and women, GLBTQ people, adults, individuals, and couples.
