My approach to helping my clients includes providing a safe emotional space, empathy, understanding how thoughts impact our feelings and behavior and implementing mindfulness to promote positive change. Whether it is individual therapy for yourself, couples therapy to strengthen a relationship, or family therapy to make home a healthier emotional environment, I can help you work through issues that may have been simmering for years. My life experience along with education and clinical training gives me a unique perspective to help my clients on their journey through life. I enjoy helping individuals transition into new phases of their lives as they gain confidence, personal insight,and discover their purpose in life. MARI (Mandala Assessment Research Instrument) is an evidence-based tool which relies on Carl Jung's theories of the collective unconscious utilizing symbols and colors.I offer MARI along with Guided Imagery and Music as a unique addition to traditional talk therapy when appropriate to the specific client.
