I've been providing creative, collaborative, practical counseling for adults and adolescents, with a down to earth, compassionate approach, for nearly 15 years. Focusing on the wisdom within body, mind and spirit, I support people to think, feel and act creatively, find balance, and honor their natural strengths while working through difficulties such as life transitions, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, trauma/abuse, depression, LGBTQ concerns, and developmental challenges. With a MA in Counseling and Dance/movement therapy and a background in the arts and human sciences, I provide a range of approaches that are informed by contemporary and traditional theories and integrate creativity, mindfulness and body-mind practices with person-centered verbal counseling.
