Everyone has times when life gets you down and you need a hand up. Sometimes it is just a bump in the road, but others a mountain that seems impossible to climb. You feel no one understands what you are going through and you are all alone in the world. I understand, and can help you get back up. I care about how you feel, and where you are in your life. I'll meet you there, and help you find your way back to feeling healthy, and in control of your life. Specialties include; Autism, Marriage Counseling, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Sexual Abuse Recovery, but am not limited to these areas. The focus of treatment is you.
