Do you need help sorting things out? Do you wish you were happier and more fulfilled? From time to time everyone experiences emotional pain. We all face situations that cause us stress: the loss of important relationships, disabling fears, or perhaps past trauma. Sometimes we're not even sure what's wrong. Each one of us has the capacity to grow and to develop more control over our lives, but it's not always easy to see this when in pain. I'd like to help you gain control so that together we can start to change things. I have over 20 years experience helping adults and children find solutions to stubborn problems. In addition to therapy I also specialize in the assessment of children and adolescents from 5 to 18 years old.
