"I believe there are many dimensions of wellness for each person. To achieve optimal health and happiness a balance of the mind, body and spirit is necessary. My passion is to facilitate this balance for the client." My background as a Registered Nurse since 1989 qualifies me to assess the client holistically. I am able to consider the physical, nutritional, emotional and spiritual components for each client. While working with adult inpatients I began to pursue an advanced degree in nursing which allows me to counsel individuals and groups. I then pursued additional education in psychopharmacology and the use in adult mental health needs.
