I have worked professionally counseling individuals, couples, families and groups for over 20 years. I work together with my clients to find answers to the struggles they are facing, and have found that if a person truly is ready for change, with the right help and helper, change will come. We all get "stuck" sometimes, and may lose hope, but there IS hope. What is today is not what has to be tomorrow. I counsel people from all walks of life, with all sorts of struggles. Additionally, I specialize in counseling Christians who are uncomfortable with some of the counseling philosophies that are popular today. I help folks who are young, "old", and in-between! I am able to help with parenting issues, relationship issues, depression, or anxiety, as well as those having difficulty coping with the past or experiencing hope for the future.
