Mary Ann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and California. She has worked in the mental health profession intermittently for over 30 years, taking a seven-year hiatus to raise her two daughters. She works with stress, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, family issues, and trauma. This can involve individual, couples, and family sessions. She is effective in helping individuals sift through past patterns and move forward in the present towards future goals. Mary Ann's passions include process painting, which "provides another way into the psyche, much like talk therapy & journaling. This way of creating gives us images and a greater familiarity with our inner critic. Understanding all the parts of our psyche aids us on our life long journey to Self."
