I believe that most of us desire a healthy and loving relationship but often lack the tools and role models to be successful. Acting aggressively or withdrawing emotionally often results in hurting others and ourselves. With some guidance and insight, I think that we can restore our dignity and get back on the path to making positive decisions and connections in our lives. Call me if you would like to explore this further. I have been working with angry and aggressive men for 23 years. I run domestic abuse and anger management programs and have seen over 2000 men in my private psychotherapy practice. I find men very open to changing self-destructive patterns and committing to being better men, partners and fathers. With a balance between accountability & respect, I offer a place for men, and couples, to explore how to improve the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. All that you need to bring is the motivation to change.
