I am a bilingual psychologist, able to fluently provide therapy in English and Russian. I specialize in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. Because every person's journey is unique, my approach is tailored to each individual client. I believe every individual strives to reach one's full potential, but this potential can be blocked by various barriers. Through increasing self-awareness in a nurturing and supportive environment, therapy helps to deepen the understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By gaining insight into difficulties, people can set themselves on a path to overcome their barriers and transform their lives. I frequently utilize group psychotherapy to help clients deal with a variety of issues. We are social creatures and problems were not created in a vacuum, apart from others. Group psychotherapy is a safe place to explore the social component of many difficulties and practice alternative ways of coping.
