My passion is walking with clients through the most challenging parts of their stories as they gain the healing they desire to live healthy, fulfilling lives. Areas of clinical focus include: sexual addiction and healing for partners, depression, anxiety, marital and relational issues, boundaries and identity work, trauma, grief and loss, adult attachment issues, divorce adjustment, and parenting/co-parenting concerns. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's in Counseling and am trained in EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate. I approach therapy through an integrated and systemic lens to help my clients achieve a sense of wellness and congruence in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
