Eating disorders can be scary. At Grace Recovery Counseling, I can help you find your way through. As a Christian therapist, I believe that with good support and encouraging relationships recovery and healing can happen. I have had nearly ten years of experience in the treatment and recovery of disordered eating as well as body image, depression, anxiety, grief, and mood disorders. I work with adolescents as well as adults. I use a supportive, treatment team approach and have worked with professionals nationwide to help with the various aspects of treatment.
