I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and as a relationship expert, I provide couples counseling and couples counseling for one (where one of the partners comes in to work on the relationship). My treatment utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy a cognitive based theory. You can expect to receive individualized attention and excellent client service. In addition, I take an open-minded and empathetic approach to client wellness. My office is conveniently located in the Bucktown neighborhood just steps away from public transportation and ample street parking.
