Therapy begins with setting up a trusting relationship where you can get information, expertise and guidance to repair and recreate needed life experiences. Trauma, depression, family chaos, grief, substance abuse...these issues can make lasting patterns that change our ability to function and decrease our ability to live a healthy and calm life. When I meet with clients there is a warmth and supportive enviroment that helps them find their inner strengths to approach the hard clinical work that is vital to health and wellbeing. My work with clients includes learning how patterns get created. Working in therapy builds up competency with coping skills, mindfulness and improved self-regard. You as my client, can improve relationships, careers and achieve an overall sense of improved wellbeing. Therapy consists of intergrated theoretical and cognitive behavioral techniques to maximize benefit. Office hours are available: Weekdays and Saturday mornings. New clients are offered appointments in 72 hours.
