It's my passion helping people get what they want in their life and relationships. I help INDIVIDUALS make changes and overcome obstacles to get what they want in life and with the people they care about. I help COUPLES reconnect and revitalize their relationship. I work with FAMILIES to break through patterns and blocks, and begin to enjoy each other and create the home they dream of. As an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT) ... I help COUPLES move out of the cycle that keeps them stuck, and guide them to enjoying the connection and intimacy they long for. I use my extensive experience dealing with trauma, addiction, chemical dependency and personality disorders to support and guide those those struggling with these challenges to heal and reclaim their lives.
