I have years of experience working with individuals, teens, and families. I first began my career working with teens and adults at CCEC in Santa Barbara, CA. Later, I discovered a passion for Depth Psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles. In 2009, I joined the Institute for Child and Family Health where I became passionate about working with families. Currently, I am in private practice at Mindfulness Family Solutions, PLLC. I use various modalities including dream analysis, equine family therapy, and narrative therapy. My passion for horses has led me to taking therapy outside of the office and into nature. My background in depth psychology and systems theory creates a platform to encourage awareness and the process of individuation. Compassionate and client focused define my style of therapy.Through the use of depth psychology and mindfulness, I aspire to guide client's towards self agency and well being. Upon request, equine assisted psychotherapy sessions offer a different approach to working through relationship challenges.
