I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples and families in civilian and military populations, and has specialized experience in the areas of eating disorders, chronic illness, trauma, and anxiety disorders. I also have experience working with athletes in regards to eating disturbances as well as sports performance difficulties. I have focused much of my training in the assessment and evidence-based treatments for EDs, medical illness, and trauma. These include, but are not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and enhanced cognitive-behavioral therapy.
