I want to help you with the difficulties and changes of life. I can help whether your struggles are emotional or physical. I am a licensed counselor working with adults, older or younger, caregivers, adolescents and older children. I believe strongly in the relationship formed with each client. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral techniques which focuses on thoughts and behaviors. I have specific experience in depression, anxiety, OCD, Phobias, anger, bi-polar, adjustment problems, grief, ADHD/ADD, parenting issues, Hospice caregiver care, LGBT issues. Together, with hard work, we can work for positive change in your life. I will listen to your thoughts, feelings and life experiences focusing on the whole self. We all need help sometimes to tackle a problem therefore, I value the relationship with you. I also believe in short term effective counseling strategies for when and where you are in life's journey.
