Our Vision Prosperity is a warm, therapeutic, and friendly environment, where we strive to provide effective and efficient treatment by highly trained providers with extensive experience treating eating disorders. The center offers a thorough, Intensive Outpatient Program for the treatment of eating disorders, individual therapy, family therapy, Family Based Therapy (FBT/Maudsley Approach), testing and assessment, equine assisted therapy, wellness services as well as medical and nutrition services. Who We Serve We specialize in the treatment of Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa, Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, Binge Eating Disorder, Weight Management, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and family therapy. We use evidence-based, comprehensive, integrated, and holistic approaches. We treat ages 6 to 75 yearsold and both male and female. We also serve children, adolescents, and adults who may not necessarily suffer from eating disorders. We provide a wide range of individual and group therapy services as well as psychoeducational testing and assessment. Our Intensive Outpatient Program To facilitate the recovery of clients returning from inpatient or residential programs, we offer intensive outpatient treatment for all ages. The groups meet Monday - Thursday evenings between 4:30 and 8pm. We have separate programs available for teens and adults. Teen IOP meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 4:30-8 pm. Adult IOP meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We believe that the best treatment plans are unique to the patients personal needs, strengths, and interests. Therefore, an initial assessment is utilized to help each new, client receive best treatment plan for their individual needs from one of our qualified intake therapists.
