I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand and own your story. I love that I have the opportunity to walk alongside of you as you do just that! One of my favorite quotes is by Brene Brown and says, "Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we'll ever do." I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in individual and group settings. I use a multi-modal approach as I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. My therapeutic approach consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, Family Systems and Solution Focused Therapy.
