Seeking therapy may be the best thing you can do for your happiness or for the happiness of your loved ones. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My services focus on your healing, involve a thorough understanding of your perspective, and honor your strength in beginning this process. I continually provide a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to treatment. My work with clients frequently includes those affected by anger, depression, grief and loss, relational trauma, and infidelity. I work with couples to reconnect, improve communication, and increase intimacy. I am also passionate about working with parents and their children to meet their child's needs. It takes courage to begin this process, but I know that healing is possible. I currently have availability Wednesdays and Thursdays.
