Prior to becoming a counselor and therapist, I spent thirty years as a businessman, husband and father. This life experience gives me perspective on the chioces and transtitions that people face in their professional and personal lives as the two are so often entertwined. I offer therapy, coaching and career support for people in life transitions. I work with adolescents and emerging adults and have special experience working with professional men over fifty. In times of stress around life transitions, relationships often suffer. Counseling for the individual, couple or family can help. I am interested in working with individuals and couples. I have experience with ADHD, career issues and "failure to launch". At mid-life, people can become blocked-- by regrets, life changes, disappointments and failed relationships. My mission is to help clients realign thinking and consider life choices while understanding their emotions. Beyond mid-life, emotional issues related to mortality and the loss of loved ones and friends take a painful toll. This is a time to reflect, cope with regrets and chart a new course. It can be treacherous territory. Therapy during this complex period of life can be a great help.
