I enjoy helping individuals find balance by addressing the issues that keep them stuck. Changing the way we think and feel about a problem is key to feeling better about ourselves. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and change. I use EMDR therapy, CBT and other mindfulness based treatments to help individuals find resolution. I believe that addiction is a disease of mind, body and spirit. People suffering from addictive behavior are often dealing with untreated problems such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My speciality areas are addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and adolescent issues. I am a certified as an EMDR therapist. I currently provide therapy group for individuals taking Suboxone. Groups meet weekly and are supported by medication management services offered by a physician in our office.
