Coming from a very unique background has equipped me with a deep understanding of many family aspects of today's world. I provide services for individuals and families who are striving to become mentally healthy in order to perform as a more cohesive unit. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide couples/marriage therapy to assist you in learning to better communicate and grow with your significant other. I am best suited to treat families with children exhibiting symptoms common to ADHD/ADD, ODD and mood disorders in order to assist families in successfully living with different diagnosis. As a military spouse, I fully understand the unique issues families' face, which may accompany serving our country. Knowing firsthand the many facets of the military lifestyle, equips me with an abundance of insight into the emotional disturbances which may arise in your life and that of your family. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained in systemic approaches, which simply means to assist the entire unit in the healing process. My specialties include emotional issues unique to military families, relationship turmoil, ADHD, poor self-worth, familial conflict, emotional expression, and role confusion between parents and children.
