My approach is one of compassion for each person without judgement or the belief that I have all the answers. Counseling is both supportive and insight oriented. I feel that insight without action is continued stagnation, so when you meet me, expect to receive pleny of encouragment to keep moving forward! I conduct group sessions for those ages 9-12 "Mother-Daughter Connection", Workshops for Adult Women, as well as individual counseling in a confidential and comfortable enviroment. I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, through the Grief Recovery Institute. 10 week group sessions or an individual 10 week program is available.
