On a corporate level, often times, profits are more important that employee moral. In our homes, social media, video games, and reality TV raise our youth. To our society's detriment, our mental, physical, and spiritual wounds go unattended to. I believe that people should seek counsel when life is going as expected and in times of emotional and psychological distress. Many times problems are obvious and on other occasions they are not. Counseling allows for us to work through our blind spots, it helps us to improve or maintain good mental and spiritual health, and it helps us heal. How can I help you? I have 12+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have worked in clinical environments, within the community context, through school systems, and in traditional counseling settings. I am passionate about healing wounds associated with Social Justice/Injustice, classism, gender inequality, and other issues affecting the poor and persons of color. I am a well traveled, adventure seeking, life enthusiast, who finds joy in helping others. Thus far in my journey, I have traveled to five continents and 12 countries, seeing both the highs and lows of the human condition. I am committed to seeking justice, healing the wounded, and illuminating the path of the lost.
