I am a Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing for 7 years. I work with a variety of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. I assist individuals, couples and families to implement daily life skills to increase insight and awareness into areas impacting current functioning. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgemental environment for adolescents and adults to explore their feelings and increase healthy coping strategies in order to improve their quality of life. I received a Master's Degree from Lindenwood University in 2007 and I completed the CAGS program at Rhode Island College in 2010.
