My approach is collaborative, within the context of a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship. My primary areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders,and relationship issues. In addition to using cognitive behavioral approaches, I have completed Level II training in EMDR. I have found EMDR an effective therapy for calming the nervous system and healing emotional wounds.
