I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your life and your relationships. I am trained in Levels 1, 2 and 3 Gottman Couples Method, an approach based on science. I am also trained in a particular type of Trauma Resolution that is NOT based on traditional talk therapy. Since the path to healing is different for every person, I will work with you to find the best therapeutic approach that works for you. I believe people are best helped when they are viewed as whole people in mind, body and spirit not as "patients" who are "deficient."
